Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful content and permission

Do not use Blury to commit or facilitate fraud, illegal discrimination, threats, stalking, harassment, unlawful surveillance, sexual exploitation, or other illegal activity. Child sexual abuse material and sexual exploitation of minors are prohibited. Do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights, or impersonate someone deceptively.

Only submit documents, writing samples and personal information you are entitled to process through the disclosed providers. Obtain permission to use another person’s private writing or identity. Do not upload passwords, access keys, full payment-card details, government identifiers, regulated health records or similarly sensitive information. Do not present Blury as a regulated, confidential or privileged processing environment without an appropriate written agreement.

2. Authorship, academic work and consequential decisions

Follow academic-integrity, employment, publishing and AI-disclosure rules applicable to your work. Do not sell or provide prohibited contract-cheating services, fabricate sources or credentials, or misrepresent AI-assisted work as independently authored when that is prohibited or deceptive. Rewriting a passage or obtaining a detector result does not validate authorship or compliance.

Do not use Detect as the sole evidence for accusing someone of misconduct or making a grading, employment, admission, credit, legal or similarly consequential decision. Review source material, authorship history and relevant context, and provide human review where required. Do not deploy the Service for a legally restricted high-risk use or as an automated professional decision-maker.

3. Fair access and system security

Do not share accounts, resell service access, automate scans or generation without written authorization, create accounts to evade trial or usage limits, bypass security or payment controls, access another user’s data, distribute malware, or overload the Service. Do not use the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging, fake reviews or deceptive coordinated influence activity.

Do not extract model weights, confidential prompts or other protected system materials, or use unauthorized scraping or reverse engineering, except to the extent applicable law gives you a non-waivable right. Do not use non-public Service access to develop a competing hosted service without permission. These restrictions do not prohibit lawful independent criticism, comparison, accessibility tools used for ordinary manual access or protected research.

Report a suspected vulnerability privately to hello@blury.ai. Give reproduction steps with your own test data, stop if you encounter another person’s information, and do not publish credentials or exploit the issue. This policy is not an authorization for intrusive testing or a promise of a bounty.

4. Reports, enforcement and review

Send abuse or content complaints to hello@blury.ai with the relevant URL or reference, a description of the issue and a way to contact you. Do not redistribute illegal content; identify its location instead. We assess reports and may restrict sharing, remove content, suspend access or contact authorities where required. We do not promise to inspect every Input or Output.

Where lawful and practicable, we explain a restriction and allow correction. Immediate action may be necessary for serious harm, security or legal reasons. You may request human review at the same address, including why you believe a restriction is mistaken. Lawful complaints and payment disputes are not themselves abuse.
